Who we are
QMSiQ, LLC is a veteran-owned, U.S.-based management system audit practice founded in 2023 with a simple objective: provide organizations with a more personal, responsive, and professional certification experience.
Our professionals bring extensive experience in quality management systems, manufacturing, aerospace and defense, and first, second, and third-party auditing. This practical industry experience allows us to understand the environments in which our clients operate while maintaining the independence and objectivity required of management system certification.
QMSiQ provides client relationship management, certification planning, and audit delivery as a member practice of Equal Assurance. Certification governance, technical review, certification decisions, and certificate issuance remain under the authority of the applicable Equal Assurance Partner.
Our Experience
QMSiQ was built on decades of practical experience in quality management, manufacturing, aerospace and defense, and management system auditing. Our experience includes working with organizations ranging from small suppliers to major global manufacturers and conducting audits across complex operational and regulated environments.

A message from the founder
Throughout my career, I have worked with organizations of all sizes as a quality professional and management system auditor. One thing I have consistently observed is that the certification experience is influenced as much by the people involved as it is by the process itself.
I founded QMSiQ with the belief that organizations should not have to choose between professional certification services and personal service. Our goal is to provide clients with experienced auditors, straightforward communication, dependable support, and a certification relationship built on trust.
We take our responsibilities for competence, impartiality, and professional judgment seriously while never losing sight of the fact that every certification account represents a real organization and real people.

Equal Assurance is an international network of accredited certification partners and audit practices providing management system assurance and certification services. Its model combines the responsiveness and personal relationships of local audit practices with the governance, technical review, and certification oversight of the applicable accredited Equal Assurance Partner.
QMSiQ, LLC is a member practice of Equal Assurance, as an Equal Assurance Partner. In accordance with ISO 17021 Clause 5.2.9, this membership does not suggest that certification provided through Equal Assurance is in any way linked with any management system consultancy services that QMSiQ may provide, nor is there any implication that certification would be simpler, easier, faster or less expensive by association with QMSiQ.
